4th International Day of Yoga on 17.6.2018 at Open Arena, UB, Gaborone

High Commission of India, Gaborone organized 4th International Day of Yoga at OPEN ARENA, University of Botswana, Gaborone on 17.6.2018. Hon. Ms Gladys K.T. Kokorwe, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Botswana participated at 4th International Day of Yoga and she thanked the Government of India and the Indian Mission in Gaborone for creating awareness about Yoga all around and also in Botswana. She told that she was aware; India played a great and responsible role in the UNGA for having announced an international day for Yoga. Dr. Rajesh Ranjan, High Commissioner of India to Botswana thanked all participants and told that Yoga is a way of living that aims towards a healthy mind in a healthy body. Yoga as a holistic approach to our complete well-being has immense potential for achieving peace, internal and external harmony and happiness. The observance of the International Day of Yoga seeks to reinforce this message for every individual and motivate them to join our collective pursuit of these aspirations.
