7th International Day of Yoga (Francistown)

The second segment of the 7th International Day of Yoga celebrations in Botswana was organized in Francistown on Sunday the 27th of June 2021, wherein one Yoga Session was held at the Conference Hall of Adansonia Hotel and two Yoga Sessions were held at the Botswana Society for the Deaf Francistown Centre.

Thanking Art of Living (Botswana) for coming on-board in holding the Yoga Sessions, High Commissioner in particular lauded the Botswana Society for the Deaf and the Divyang children (special needs children) for their entusiastic participation.

High Commissioner thanked (i) Ms. Bantsha Monagen, Deputy School Head; (ii) Mr. Boineelo Ntshole, Sign Language Interpreter; (iii) Mr. Tlhomamiso Mentor Baleseng, Programs and Projects Manager, Botswana Society for the Deaf; (iv) Ms. Anandi Padmanaban, Yoga Instructor, Art of Living (Botswana); and (v) Adansonia Hotel & Conference Centre, Francistown as also all the participants in the three Yoga Sessions in Francistown for their utmost cooperation in making the events successful.
